each of our rings is individually crafted to order, making every piece truly unique. because of this made-to-order nature of our work, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

returns and exchanges

due to the custom and handmade process involved, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • change of mind
  • incorrect sizing provided

please be sure to double-check your ring size before ordering — if you’re unsure, we are happy to help you figure it out, drop a message to contact@studioferrar.co.uk

damaged or faulty items

if your item arrives damaged or is significantly not as described, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery with:

  • a clear description of the issue
  • photos showing the problem

we’ll be happy to resolve it — whether through a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.

shipping returns (if approved)

if a return is agreed upon for a damaged item:

you will be responsible for return shipping unless the item is confirmed as faulty

you will need to return the item in its original condition and packaging
